The Spirit of Sullia
Our journey begins in the foothills of Sullia, Karnataka—a region surrounded by the rich biodiversity of the Western Ghats. Kaduthota Organics was born out of a desire to preserve the traditional agricultural legacy of our land. The soils of Sullia are nourished by natural forest compost and pristine monsoon rains, giving our crops an incredibly authentic and deep flavor profile.
We believe that real food should not be engineered in industrial facilities. Instead, we work hand-in-hand with native farmers and traditional wild forest harvesters who understand the natural cycles of the earth. By keeping our supply chains close and our batches small, we ensure that every jar of honey, pinch of spice, and traditional food product retains its raw properties.
