Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the pure, organic, and perishable nature of our forest honey, spices, and agricultural farm harvests, we strictly enforce a NO-RETURNS and NO-EXCHANGES policy.
To protect food safety, hygiene standards, and batch purity, we do not accept returns once a shipment has been packed and dispatched from our farm in Sullia. Natural variations in honey color, thickness, and crystallization are common, organic processes and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Damaged during Transit / Defective Items
While we pack all our products in sturdy, handcrafted eco-glass bottles and secure packages, damages during transport are rare but possible. If you receive your package in a damaged or leaking state, we will gladly arrange a **free replacement** for you under the following conditions:
How to claim replacement:
- Kindly record a clear video/photograph of the package opening showing the damage or broken seal.
- Send the photographs or video within 24 hours of delivery to our customer support team.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our shipping partners. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us via WhatsApp immediately after placing it so we can stop dispatch from the farm.
